Our Team training programme is the ideal training option for those looking to get ‘in shape’. If your goal is to ‘lose the tum, drop some weight, & build some go with your show’ this is the programme. Our programme is designed for year-round development, covering all aspects of fitness, for all levels.

This is as close to personal training as you can get, without the price tag of paying for 121 sessions.
We treat each member as an individual from day one. It doesn't matter if you are completely new to training, or a 5 year veteran, you can be certain that we will get the most out of you. Using our levelled system, we ensure everybody can be apart of our Team and progress together.
Membership also includes our open gym session, Sunday morning 10:00-12:30 if you are struggling to make our coached sessions, or just want to burn some extra calories.
All for less than the price of a takeaway a week!
Frequently Asked Questions about Group Training
Is this session limited to a certain number of people? Yes, we currently cap our sessions to 12. This way we can ensure you will receive a personalised, and highly effective coaching session, whilst still maintaining all of the benefits of training with like-minded and supportive members.
Is this a personal programme? Yes and no. In terms of goal specificity, this isn’t personalised.
The programme is designed to improve all aspects of fitness concurrently. However, movement progressions are key, and we will ensure the appropriate level of movement is prescribed Can we come in any time to train? You can access our coached group sessions, and/or our designated open gym (unsupervised) sessions.
The remainder of our opening hours are for our 121 clients who opt for additional training.
The sport of Weightlifting has been utilised in many strength & conditioning, sporting, and crossfit programs for a number of years.
During our initial session we will run you through a breakdown of the lifts, and begin coaching you immediately to ensure your journey to improving your lifts, strength, and power isn't delayed.
Utitlising the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk, and their derivitives, our sessions are purpose built to improve efficiency in the competitive lifts.
The Program is ran in 4-6 week blocks, with each phase feeding smoothly into the next = Periodised programming.
Our coaches will always be on hand to help coach and guide you through your sessions alongside other like-minded individuals.
Whether you have been lifting for years, or just venturing onto the platform for the first time, we have your back and gaurantee you results!
FAQ for personal programming?
What if I have multiple goals I would like to achieve? In this instance we may advise our Team programme (depending on your training history). However if you are certain the weightlifting is for you, we will ensure we intelligently plan to periodically achieve your training goals and ambitions.
Will you coach me every session? We have 2 specific weightlifting sessions each week (Tuesday & Thursday at 19:30-21:00) with a sole purpose of coaching you fully through the lifts and our program. You will also be able to top up your training with our Team Program, or an unsupervised session in our open gym.
Will you provide a nutrition plan? Only qualified Dieticians are qualified to provide personal nutrition plans. However we can provide you with the tools needed to make wise choices away from training, and guidance.
What if I can't perform the lifts? No Problem, we have a wealth of knowledge coaching beginners from the ground up. However if you are unsure, and would like some additional 121 coaching please refer to our 121 packages.
Envision all the benefits of our personal programming package, with the flexibility, and exclusivity of working with a coach 1 on 1 for 1, 2 or 3 training sessions per week.
If you would prefer to train when nobody else is training, then we will do our very best to accommodate this around our timetable. If you would like to train during our open hours, this is also possible (exclusive of our group training programme)
As the name suggests, you will have the sole focus of one of our coaches to get the very best from each of your sessions and ensure nothing is missed during that training session. Regardless of how many 121 coached sessions you choose per week, if you would like to train on additional days this will be programmed for you. Again, this can be with a personalised plan, or a personalised plan to complement our group training programme.
FAQ Personal Coaching
Can I train whenever I want? For your paid 121 session, we will work to your schedule to the best of our ability. With the exception of our group training sessions.
Can I still attend group training sessions? Of course, if this is an option you would like, we will ensure your coached sessions/personal programme works concurrently alongside our group sessions. Can I pay for individual sessions? We offer gift packages of 5 or 10 121 coached sessions. These are not inclusive of personal programming or our group package. Typically we require monthly payments as this tends to encourage your compliance to training, yielding better results.
